I had a very good experience at this clinic. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable.
Although, I have seen multiple providers and scheduled at several different office locations. I enjoy having Stride/MCPN as my primary care doctors. They have always taken care of my health. They take what I have to say seriously. I have never felt brushed off, leaving with with only a scrip and no real answers, like with some providers. I personally enjoy seeing the several doctors I have at separate offices. I feel as though I have options over my own health care in a sense. Wasn’t listened to at all, was given a treatment for a problem that wasn’t my problem. Despite years of being treated by MCPN I was treated like a drug seeker because the issue I went in for was severe back pain (with lumbar spinal stenosis, arthritis of the spine, herniated disks (4), and lower thoracic scoliosis,) so it’s not like I didn’t have the imaging to back me up.
