The clinic it self is great. My review is for eliana that works at the front desk, I went in to pick up a letter that I was told 4 days ago that it was ready and sitting at the front desk. When I arrived she was late coming back from lunch there was a gentleman waiting for an appointment and she treated both of us like we were inconveniencing her by having her do her job. They only allow 20 minutes per visit with your primary care provider. This is in no way enough time to properly provide adequate care for any patient. Another example of putting profits before patient care, taking advantage of low income people on Medicaid, and leading to high attrition rates of the medical staff. Bad Stride!!

The PCP in Golden responded within hours of messages on the platform or through the phone relay system. This clinic won’t respond for 72+ hours and then they still haven’t done what I asked (namely, submitted referrals)
