I had several questions that Mr McPhillips graciously answered without making me feel rushed or an aggravation. Both he and his assistant are very thoughtful and helpful.
Joe explained everything to us and was extremely helpful and accommodating. My dad had just gotten home from hospital after repairing a fractured hip so Joe was kind enough to come to the house so we didn't have to transport my dad.
