Noone Ever answers the phone...
Never in my life have I gone to a walk in clinic and been told it will be an hour before I could be seen because the entire staff is in a meeting at 11am??? This is bogus to me, Is it not the whole point to offer care and keep people from going to the emergency room. Let alone the staff at the desk was not very pleasant, I have never been more unimpressed.
