We contacted McPherson on a recommendation for a leak under a sink, and to replace some faucets. The work was fine, but it took three trips and multiple workers to purchase and install four faucets and some lines underneath sinks. Even after viewing the project, the first guy bought the wrong style of faucets, necessitating another trip to the store for which I am sure we paid. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called them to come fix a leaky seal the toilet sits on. A young kid came out for the service call but the leak continued. I called back and the the kid showed up with an older man I assumed was the owner or manager. He supervised the kid. This was 10 months ago and now the toilet is slipping around on top of the seal.
