Took my kitty there for the first time today. This staff was AMAZING to say the least. Everyone in there was extremely nice and helpful. The Dr. was very thorough and friendly. Didn’t rush the visit, and was amazing with my scared cat. THANK YOU so much McPheron team…you now have a forever customer!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. This practice may have once been driven by a genuine passion for animals, but that is no longer evident. Appointments feel rushed, and it’s clear the vet is overbooked and simply trying to get through an overwhelming number of patients. I brought in one of my dogs for ongoing back issues and specifically asked questions about his condition—those concerns were completely ignored, and the conversation was redirected without any real response. My dog has been going to McPherson for little over a year. My dog was going to pet smart for years for his grooming and crown point animal hospital for his Vacacines shots, both are great businesses. McPherson was better for him to go because he is now up in age and he also have a heart murmur. The doctor and staff is very friendly. Althrough crown point have a vet doctor but their doctor is there two days out of the week,Which at McPherson their vet doctor their five days a week and weekends.
