I must give a 5 star review here. I bought a used 2023 ram 3500 that had warranty. I brought it here and to be quite honest I expected some type of crazy warranty protocols. No bro. These dudes said you covered lets get this fixed ASAP. Which they did. The reason I was surprised is because I also own a Toyota and their Toyota warranty protocols aren't even reasonable. This used to be a 5-star review. McPeek had done 2 or 3 recall repairs for me and I had great experiences until the most recent one. A few months ago, I took my Jeep in for (yet another) recall repair. George, who had seemed to be such a great resource and service provider in previous repairs, tried to quote me $2,500 for a 60K-mile maintenance involving all kinds of things for my Jeep's "special" transmission needs.
