MCP… the whole process went very well.. price was reasonable for everything we got..We finally installed complete Mitsubishi Cooing and Hyper Heat mini split system and could not be happier! The house feels amazing! Brendon guided us..he was very knowledgeable.. patient…. Supportive..and always followed up ! The team are great. Very professional and respectful. Hard working in tough weather conditions. Very accommodating with dates and details of installation. We needed to split the demo of our old furnace radiators and wait to install. They came few days early due to our strict deadline . Awesome Job guys.
Outstanding service and expertise: Great people to work with. They’re transparent in their practices. They listen and get the job done. First used their services for installation of mini-splits. Have been very happy with those. Most recently used their services to chase down a leak in a forced hot water system. Regarding the leak, I spoke to their weekend call center representative on Saturday morning and I decided that the issue could wait until Monday.
