Jimmy arrived when expected. He was clear on what he planned to do, and the access to our circuit panel that he needed. Then he got tom work. The Town Inspector made things a bit challenging as he indicated a different location for what was needed. Jimmy was able to pivot and satisfy the required placement.
Have utilized MCP HVAC on several issues I have had with both my boiler and my mini-split system, each time they were quick to respond and resolved my problems. Outstanding service and great communication from office staff.
