Avoid! Referred by a real estate agent and really wish I'd gone with my gut and found someone else. Unprofessional, terrible customer service and clearly trying to rip people off by trying to add sneaky costs along the way. Spent months chasing them for a resolution and just kept getting palmed off. Terrible ethics.
My genuine recommendation to all home owners is to do the styling yourself. Declutter, remove personal photos, evidence of pets, BUT trust yourself. I am so frustrated and dissapointed. I bought a fireplace $7000 from M+Co Property 6 months ago and have had so many problems along the way. Not listening to my original order. Wrong charges made. Wrong parts sent. Delays and no one handling the problem. Passed around to many people. No customer service. Anxious and frustrated having to chase.
