The delivery man refused to enter my residence and bring an 85” TV inside, despite my age of 71 and my daughter's recent open-heart surgery at the age of 52. He cited a company policy prohibiting him from entering homes. I find this unacceptable, as it should be my decision whether or not he enters. If this is indeed your company's policy, I suggest you inform Walmart accordingly.
A quick call confirmed original carrier from west coast had left my item with this company and it was already on the truck headed to my home. Arrived safe and was delivered to my door! Wonderful service
Amazing company! MCO Freight Connections (Vernon) helped me with a delivery to the airline in Miami when I was in a bind and short for time. The airline was being less than helpful with receiving the freight, but with the help of Vernon, dispatch, and his driver, we were able to get everything sorted out before the cargo cut off. He kept in touch with me every step of the way, and even answered emails and phone calls on the weekend. I cannot thank MCO Freight Connections, Vernon, and his team enough! :)
After confirming the time frame for delivery the driver never showed. I reached out to them since the window was closing. I was told that whomever I confirmed with the day before never processed it so my package was not on the truck. I took the day off so I can receive it. At this point their staff was very nice and she arranged a later delivery. However when the driver came with the package he refused to take it upstairs.
