Clean and peaceful
It's owned by Midwest and I swear the Midwest management are great, really friendly people. McNiven I feel is quiet, and great I live on the 3rd floor and everyone is so nice, I know all my neighbors we always say hello to eachother, some become friends. The down side is the elevator it's old and sometimes the door won't shut all the way, and it takes time to close but other than that I am happy I did 5 years living here!.
