McNicoll Manor provides retirement living to a multicultural community of Scarborough residents. We have a 75-bed retirement home that caters predominantly to Chinese-speaking residents, as well as another 28-bed retirement home (Moll Berczy Haus) for German-speaking seniors. We provide culturally sensitive programs, meals, housekeeping and laundry services. McNicoll Manor has registered staff on-site for administering your medication and Personal Support Workers to assist you in activities of daily living.

I cannot even place one star for this place but I need to in order to do a review. McNicoll Manor aims at Chinese seniors and is a retirement residence with horrible management. The building is dated with no major renovation. It is old and dirty in the public area and rooms. RATS are around and eat the food dropped onto the floor. The staff is aware of the pest issue but they only tell residents not to eat in rooms. Meals are the same as the long term care home downstairs. Food quality is poor.
