Secretary kept me on hold, then answered the phone giggling, had a rude tone as if I was a bother asking questions. I Didn't set the appointment up, felt very uncomfortable after that conversation. Not friendly staff.
Took my grandparents there for their appointment, both walk slow use a cane. Women was very unprofessional the way she spoke to the both of them as if they were uneducated. I spoke up and kindly said my grandparents understand very well, please speak to them as such, she smirked at me and said I had no business going in with them. We left. Heard some decent things about the place across.butler so assumed it would be fine at grove city so are the same staff at butler office as well? Very dogmatic attitude. Rude brushed me off, the phoney laugh sealed the no deal.
A+ service. I would recommend McNickle & Bonner to anyone needed law services. They handled both the buying and selling of our home, and the process was very easy, stress-free, and they only recommended the necessities. Also, I will say how easy the team is to work with, and really made me comfortable through the entire process.
