My appointment was a very good experience with a doctor and staff that care. Recommend!
My Dad is 84 and has medical issues that require the care of a primary care physician. Dr. Mc Nichols was recommended by a specialist my dad was seeing. Although the doctor seems competent his office staff lacks the professionalism and attention to detail required in the medical field. Be aware of long hold times, poor communication, and non-existent call backs. It is almost impossible to reach a human being. Also, avoid calling between 12-1 pm as lunch takes precedence. My first session today with Dr. McNichols was outstanding! The entire office staff and my nurse from front of the house to back were polite professional and helpful. Dr. McNichols is a man who takes the time to sit with you and listen! So nice these days! Anyway - I’m 59 and I’ve been to my share of Family doctors - Dr. Tim and Ina Family Medicine were definitely a pleasant experience. Thanks - happy holiday I will be in to see you in 2020!
Dr. McNichols was very professional, thorough, and quite personable. He and his staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a quick annual checkup, and felt genuinely cared for. The staff was very courteous, took care of me MUCH faster than any other office I've been to, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this practice and Dr McNichols.
Dr McNichols & staff have been very professional , helpful, personable & also responsive to phone calls. I have recommended them to a family member & a co worker. They both were thankful & had very positive experiences at Ina Family Medicine under Dr McNichols care.
