I recently did a clean up at my house and had a bunch of scrap metal. My friend told me to take it to McNichols Scrap and they would pay me. I did, and it was easy. I was in and out fast and the guys in the yard were really helpful. Best part, I got paid cash, oh and the kids even got a blow pop!
Well, I've decided to write my first review ever on the internet, as unbelievable as that sounds. But I am compelled to do so because of the service I received the other day at Mcnichols. Im far from a regular scrap customer, quite to the contrary actually. I live in hamtramck so I have a few options of scrap yards in my area. They are exremely rude and don't know not a thing about customer service. They are not willing to assist customers and will hang up on you if you ask them too many questions. I've never had worst service in my life. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all.
