McNichols Electric poor service – BAD service. I ordered a replacement screw for my Kitchenaid Professional 6 mixer 6 weeks ago. They wanted to charge 8 dollars (must be a gold plated screw). I gave them my debt card number and address/phone number. 6 weeks later.. no screw. I called and they said that my debit card was rejected.... My ask - why didn't I get a phone call?
