Spoke with the company to set up an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. They gave me a vague timeframe and said if I was not home, they would leave an invoice for me after cleaning. Never got an invoice, never saw anyone. but they came supposedly and cleaned my gutters. Got a generic invoice sent to me once I reached out for follow up. Was quoted a wide price range and of course the invoice had the higher price on it. Asked for pictures and what the state of my gutters were, no response. We have been using McNelis Gutter Cleaning to clean out our gutters for a couple years. Chad is always prompt to return calls and in spite of the difficulty with the weather we have been having, they fit us into their busy schedule and did a great job as always. Highly recommend them.

Chad McNelis responded to my phone call within a couple of hours and scheduled his gutter cleaning crew within a week. The two guys did a great job clearing 1st and 2nd floor gutters of leaves and scraps of shingles from a roofing job we had done 5 years ago. Chad even adjusted the price down since the roof was easier access than he first thought. Quality work (and cleanup), prompt, and honest. McNelis Gutter Cleaning is now stored in my phone list and I’ll be contacting them again next fall.
