The service department fixed the issue and was easy to deal with. The shuttle service made getting the repair done very convenient.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They never pick up the phone. I have to call twenty times and MAYBE someone will answer but it rarely happens. They don’t even call you back to let you know your car is done. I have to call them or stop by and remind them about my truck being worked on. It is very Unfortunate that I bought my truck from McNeil by Chevrolet.
