This law firm represented my son’s auto insurance company in regards to an auto accident that he was involved in and blamed for. Now you would think that an insurance company would want to pay out as less as possible. I am a client of McNeil Tropp & Braun LLP due to my insurance company hiring them for a death in the family. My experience this far has been subpar. Kendra is my assigned lawyer and has not had good communication. I have been told several dates that my paperwork would be done and we are way past that deadline. If communication, honesty and compassion are what you are looking for… reconsider hiring this firm.
