We switched to another pediatrician after several issues with Dr. McNeil. There was almost always a long wait, even when we were the only people in the building. There were mistakes with booking appointments; we were scheduled incorrectly at least twice. She also shared a lot of her personal problems and seemed to be depressed outwardly. There was also a constant staff turnaround. After our initial couple months, we never saw the same nurse. Too much chaos.

I went here as a child through my teenage years. Now my son is a patient here and he’s loves it! Dr. McNeil is great, she relates to me as a new mom and listens to my concerns. She makes us feel apart of the family. We wouldn’t trade her for the world.

She has been my kid’s pediatrician since my oldest was 9 months old in 2008. We have been with her since then and my oldest is now 14 years old. I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I would say she does have scheduling problems because of staff but that’s because you can’t get good help these days and some of these women don’t wanna work but wants a paycheck.
