While we are still a relatively a new client, McNeil & Co. has been great with which to work, from our local agent and sales, to the site safety audit, to training resources, to (unfortunately) our first claim. The rates increased on the first renewal more than we were hoping but we are also hoping that they will "level out" upon the next renewal.
Our Department has been with McNeil & Co. for many years. They are professional and the staff are wonderful to work with.
Have been with McNeil for over 10 years. They have always been honest and a very fair price with our 5 policy. When we call for formation we get an immediate response.
We have been with this company going on 3 years. We have had the same coverage, basically the same taxes, P&L all 3 years. They will send you a contract and expect you to be a tax accountant. You will try and call and not get a response or a call. They also let our policy laps without telling us. Very unproffesional, so stay away.
