We have been with this company going on 3 years. We have had the same coverage, basically the same taxes, P&L all 3 years. They will send you a contract and expect you to be a tax accountant. You will try and call and not get a response or a call. They also let our policy laps without telling us. Very unproffesional, so stay away.
Appreciate all the great people with McNeil & Co., especially our territory manager Steve Gulini. It's such an advantage having a long-term relationship with our broker partners, and Steve and I go back 15+ years.
I've had business coverage for years with no claims. I have found them to be difficult to work with and the premium goes up every year. They are just another machine cog in the rip off industry tying the hands of small business owners.
They don’t helping at all just slowing my claim. No help at all .
