Best Realtor Company, Keep Up The Great Work!
Thieves...never do competent maintence..had a bathroom repair needed for over 2 years which they never repaired properly...I painted the place twice out my own pocket...and they never give any security money back...strictly a suck up sec.8 broker...
After going back and forth to rent a house in forked river and after wasting 2 weeks of are time she sends a text to my realtor stating the landlord would like to hold off for a better person. I have all the txt message to prove all she did was give us a complete run around and take 80$ of my money. They asked for a co-signer. I provided that, then states it’s not good enough. Complete fraud stay away from this agency the lady Francine or morning as she likes to be called is a liar, a snake and a horrible person. Still have not received my deposit back left the house better than even when I moved in and she sent us pictures of the stuff that we took pictures of when we moved in. Still has not sent us any bit of our deposit. Going to have to take them to court just like I’ve read a lot of these comments and reviews. They have the worst maintenance team.
