Don't waste time with these people. They're unprofessional. Rude. Ignorant. Racist. They were so rude to me and my partner. We are interracial. They gladly stole our money just to say no. Thieves...never do competent maintence..had a bathroom repair needed for over 2 years which they never repaired properly...I painted the place twice out my own pocket...and they never give any security money back...strictly a suck up sec.8 broker...
After going back and forth to rent a house in forked river and after wasting 2 weeks of are time she sends a text to my realtor stating the landlord would like to hold off for a better person. I have all the txt message to prove all she did was give us a complete run around and take 80$ of my money. They asked for a co-signer. I provided that, then states it’s not good enough.
