Horrible customer service! Drove 3 hours for the appointment and arrived late due to unforeseen issues. I realize I was late but no one offered to see if we could be seen by anyone at their other 5 clinics. I find it hard to believe that none of them could squeeze in one 15 minute appointment. I had to phone the appointment line myself and wait on hold for over 20 minutes! It’s not like traveling this far to see a specialist is an easy exercise. My son has been going to mcneely since he was diagnosed at the age of 2 he is now 18 and I will only bring him to Mcneely they are wonderful and helpful !
