Great service and caring attentive vets
This is the second time in as many years that someone at this clinic has been rude to either myself or my partner. They need to hire a front desk person with a personality and customer skills. I was TOLD not asked if I was wearing perfume today, in an incredibly ignorant way, which I was not. Then told to stand in the door with it open, again I didn’t mind it’s the way I was asked. Just had a quality of life appointment with the cat specialist vet Nicole and assistant Marcilio. Was extremely welcoming and friendly and made one of the toughest conversations comforting and easier to handle. She is incredible with cats and gave very professional advice and clarification on our cat’s condition. Very grateful that vets that good exist and we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Nicole and Marcilio.
