These people love what they do, and it shows in the time they take with you and your pet. Also, they offer a "puppy package" which includes all the essential services, at a discount so that more people will do the right thing for their dog.
They were quick to get my 2 new pups scheduled for first exam and shots but then when one pup got sick they saw them same day and were super knowledgeable and kind and the Dr helped me by considering it the first exam and not charging extra when he could have. So blessed to have this amazing team in the community! Very kind caring staff.
Our puppy caught a UTI. We were at our wits end by the time that we got there. Within three hours, on a Sunday afternoon, we had a diagnosis and medicine in hand. The staff were friendly and informative, and the hospital was clean and spacious. We would go back in a heartbeat, no hesitation.
We had an absolutely amazing time visiting McNeely for our kitten. The staff were all friendly and informative. Would highly recommend!
