Friendly and courteous staff. Didn't get to see the doctor at all just an assistant. Clean, quick and professional.
First time here. Everyone was so lovely and kind. Efficient and professional all the way! Recommend. Brought a 12 week puppy, for reference.
Sadly we had to say good bye to our dog more quickly than we had anticipated. When things went south so fast and we just drove him there to see if they could help, everyone was amazingly kind and sympathetic. We had no appointment and just barged in unsure what to do and they took us in and took care of our very much loved dog, Jerry. Everyone was wonderful…and they all did what they could to make such a difficult situation as nice as possible. My wife and I are so impressed and thankful for the compassion, understanding and professionalism all the staff gave to us when we recently needed to ask for the MAID programn for our service cat Miss Kitty. We were so pleased to receive a condolence card from all the staff and a paw print of Miss Kitty so we may cherish her memory long into the future.
