Thieves...never do competent maintence..had a bathroom repair needed for over 2 years which they never repaired properly...I painted the place twice out my own pocket...and they never give any security money back...strictly a suck up sec.8 broker...
After going back and forth to rent a house in forked river and after wasting 2 weeks of are time she sends a text to my realtor stating the landlord would like to hold off for a better person. Complete fraud stay away from this agency the lady Francine or morning as she likes to be called is a liar, a snake and a horrible person. Still have not received my deposit back left the house better than even when I moved in and she sent us pictures of the stuff that we took pictures of when we moved in. Please STAY AWAY from this company.. Having a roof over us, my daughter and myself was the only thing I was thinking when I reluctantly accepted the apartment 5 years ago. Even the realtor and case worker I was working with gave me there name at the last dead last step of my apartment shopping process.
