The front office responds if and/or when they want to. Half the time they’re unaware of what’s going on. Maintenance picks and chooses if they want to fix something in your house. I placed an emergency maintenance call because my hot water tank was leaking on a Saturday and flooding my laundry room. The guy on call, I believe his name was Ross, was more than willing to help (he doesn't work at this property) and he was awesome, but the property maintenance manager here wouldn’t come and assist him. I had a wonderful experience so far! The property manager Alexandria is very good, I have live here 16 months and from day left at home. Very quiet and environment clean Mcnaughten plaza is a great community for my family I'm so happy so far home.That is the Reynoldsburg city school district great a good jod in the community provides a more desirable education, i never regret choosing the place Mcnaughten plaza Love you all ( 5920 Shana Dr
I have lived here since July and from day one felt at home. Very quiet and clean environment. School district is awesome as well. 10/10 dont plan on moving ever.
