I had a great experience with the leasing agent Audrey at McNaughten Plaza apartment complex. I recently had a work order that needed attention, and she stepped in right away and made sure it got handled properly. She stayed on top of it until it was completed and kept me updated throughout the process. The issue was resolved quickly and done very well.
