I called McNatt a/c because my a/c wasn't cooling after calling Tommy Cool three times and paying over $600. The technician kept adding freon and charged me and it never cooled. I called McNatt they sent out their female technician that same night and she found out my inside coils were dirty and the technician from Tommy Cool severely over charged my unit to the point it almost broke. McNatt and the female technician had me cooling that night. She was an awesome technician and knew her job very well. Thanks McNatt

Everytime I call in the dispatcher Tannia is very informative and responsive! Usually the technician calls within the next hours and they have a great team! 10/10 recommend
