I recently had the pleasure of working with Luanne at McNamara & Reynolds on our new house build. She helped me with tiles, flooring, blinds and paint colours . The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help. Great selection of flooring and competitive prices. Here is a follow up review. I am now a repeat customer and my 2nd experience with M&R was as equally rewarding. I have to mention Caroline. So helpful and so knowledgeable of the products. An incredible designer and an asset to the store.
This company was recommended to us by family members. Friendly and helpful in-store staff. They quickly arranged a home visit to measure two flooring spaces and we were able to take samples out. Both jobs were done well and timely. 4*'s for this work. Unfortunately, we have gone back and forth with the salesman for the last 5 months to get the next flooring job measured and quoted He did come to our home at least three times between October and December but there has been no action on providing a quote and we therefore won't... read more
I looked up the Business site to find out opening hours of the store at about 9:30 a.m on Tuesday , December 24. The opening hours indicated that the business was open but could close by NOON and not before noon. I left to go to the store and got there by 10:30 a.m only to find the store was closed and a list of opening and closing hours were posted on the front door.
