We engaged McNally’s Modern Maintenance for exterior wood clapboard/ trim repair work on two separate occasions – initially to address an isolated water penetration/wood rot issue, and later for more comprehensive clapboard/carpentry/shutter repair work around the entire house. I can't say enough great things about Steve McNally and his skillful team! They are kind, honest, timely, thoughtful and professional. We had them finish our dingy basement and we couldn't be happier! They fully understood our vision, worked within our budget, and left us with a cozy living space and comfortable guest bedroom. Very pleased with the work we had done by McNally's Modern Maintenance. Needing significant work done on our Four Seasons Room as well as our bathroom, Stephen and his team efficiently navigated both projects and delivered excellent results!
