I first gave them 3 stars bc they didn't follow up with us when we called for an estimate. I could have gone lower but I don't want to ruin anyone's business bc of a mistake. Long story short, when we left a review on google, they finally called us back. All they had to say was, "sorry, we were slow to respond..." but they basically claimed they left me a message. Kyle did an amazing job at diagnosing the issue properly. This was a second opinion after my warranty company sent someone out and they gave the wrong diagnosis. I could tell right away he knew what he was doing and there was no pressure to get the issue fixed with them. I soooo appreciate the immediate service and coming to my home the same day!
I recently had my entire AC system go down. McNally’s was super quick to come out and let us know what our options were. The sales rep Russ was great in explaining all the options and what we were getting with each one. As someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems, I left this meeting with a great understanding of the systems. I don't get it. We called for an estimate and no follow up. How can we be expected to trust that their company will respond after we pay when they don't even seem to care to get new customers? We tried...giving 3 stars bc they might be good, we just don't know from our experience...
Put in two new air conditioning units and furnaces because of a break down, ordered crane to lift two units to the roof, found repairman to remove bannister and wall for installation and got permits and everything done on time for what was a huge hub. I use them at my home too and couldn’t recommend them more highly for excellent work and standing the work the do. It’s wonderful to have such great service close by.
