I used Pat for about 6 years. At first it was fine but since covid, he has done a very poor job. You will need to email him multiple times before he responds. Also he stopped filing my city taxes without telling me and then I found out I had back taxes of multiple years due. He then offered no apology and made excuses. Not who you want if you need a CPA who is looking out for you
I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I used Mr. McNally a few years ago and to this day am still receiving notices about taxes that were not paid appropriately in the years I used him. I have accumulated tons of fines and it has been extremely frustrating. I can certainly understand mistakes and complications with taxes but perhaps the worst part of this was that Mr. McNally would only respond to my husband, even though I am the primary breadwinner and caught some mistakes. Please save yourself years of hassle.
