I followed my dentist there from another practice. While i think he is great the staff at the practice was much less then that . I decided to switch dentist rather then deal with the receptionist and dental assistant .
McNally brothers oral surgery had excellent service, they took great care during the entire procedure, carefully explained everything that they would do, and it was over in maybe 30 minutes. Would Highly recommend.
Deeply Disappointed and Misled. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. This office completely misled us about insurance coverage. Before the appointment, we specifically asked whether the procedure would be covered and were told yes. We trusted their word. After the work was done, they suddenly claimed insurance wouldn’t cover it — and then sent us a bill for the full amount. I was very nervous and scared for my extraction. However, Emma and Dr. Ambrogio were so kind and patient with me. I called with follow up questions to ease my mind and Emma was so nice and put my mind at ease. Thank you for making this experience less stressful for me.
Went for a tooth pull. Everyone from reception to assistant to doctor Ambrogio were amazing. I was very nervous, they we patient kind and overall wonderful. They pulled my tooth in about two minutes. I would highly recommend.
