how can someone be approved and then days before move in we go into the office to pay and sign the lease and Lou told us we were not approved. I got the paperwork on why i was denied but when i asked to see what she was talking about in her finding she had no response. Also ,while conversating with her, Lou validated the HIPPA Law more than once. Just in the few minutes we were there I do not feel safe or welcomed in this community. dammit it google for making me do even a star
I was talking with Lou about the apartments and we got talking about how I found the place. My cousin lives in one of the apartments and Lou vialated HIPPA. She asked if I got the apartment if it would be dirty, and messy like hers(which is not,I have seen the inside)!

We moved in the end of October last year. We have always paid our rent before the due date. We keep our apartment very clean. We are quiet and never bother the neighbors. But today, we got an eviction notice! Why? Because I went over the manager, Lou McConnell, and asked her supervisor if there were any apartment that did not allow smoking in them.
