I called them for a quote they sent someone to gives us a quote then asked us for a call out fees which they never mentioned before on the call Scammers Scammers Scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Price gouging beyond belief… needed a new inlet valve for a toilet. Had called a number of plumbers, got an estimate of $275. Eventually went with MCN because they could attend at a suitable time/day, although they refused to quote over phone. Plumber that attended quoted $650…. I refused the quote. He said ‘what would you be prepared to pay? $500?’ I refused, he asked if I’d like him to call the ‘boss’ and see how much flexibility there could be with quote…he did so and came back with a quote of $300… The toilet tap spot w... read more
