We had issue with our bath tap slow leak, I called around and MCN got back to me i was able to get someone out the next day. Jeff was right on time he assessed the issue and gave me my options, he was honest and I felt he was doing his best by me. He was in and out within an hour Jeff and the MCN team were amazing and would recommend them for anyone. The prices were fair and I was happy with the service (Jeff) We will call again in the future
We recently had a long standing leaky bathroom tap that needed fixing. Jeff and Kane came to take a look and it turned out the problem was bigger than we thought. Matt from MCN Plumbing fixed my leaking toilet and replaced the hose after I’d had issues with another company. He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. After the initial visit there was a small leak from the other side, but I called and they responded quickly, returning promptly that day to fix it. It’s now been a few days with no issues at all. Tracy on the phone was also lovely, and I felt really looked after throughout. Would definitely use them again!
