Absolutely useless. I waited all day to get a leaking shower mixer repaired and the clown cancels an hour before. I now need to find someone at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. What a shame I can't give negative 10 starts.
George fixed a leaking tap for me he was efficient and explained everything to me. He was polite and respectful and when the job was done he spent time explaining what he did after an issue he had with the job. l will definitely call George again for the next job. Chris came to provide quote and organised Jeff to come next day to install my new dishwasher. Chris also recommended water reducer valves to protect my new dishwasher and my washing machine considering the older built of my house. Chris and Jeff were pleasant, Emily from office was quick to rectify my issue upon installation. Overall I had a positive experience and confident with their reliability.
