Dr. McMurdo and her staff truly deserve five stars! From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with warmth and kindness, immediately putting my 12-year-old at ease for his very first eye exam. Dr. McMurdo was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step in a way that was easy for my child to understand. The professionalism, combined with genuine care, made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into a positive one.
I genuinely LOVE the doctor here. She is sweet, caring, and attentive but the office staff. Be prepared for an argument every time you call or go in. The front office lady is so nasty and rude. She talks over you, interrupts you, assumes you are incompetent and acts like you are an inconvenience. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman that works next to her the last time this happened and his response "just deal with me".
