This place is amazing from the moment you walk in you are treated like family. There is always a smiling face from the girl at the front desk we call her the multi tasker it makes us dizzy to watch her!! The tax consultants are so friendly and have so much knowledge taught us things we never knew about as far as our particular tax situation. We would recommend Mcmullen Tax to all! 5 stars are not nearly enough! Thank you
This place is GREAT!!!!! My first time here and I was treated like family! Great staff and paid less than anyone around for my taxes to be prepared and already received a refund!!!! GREAT PLACE give them a call!!
My husband and I have used McMullen Tax Masters for years. Very professional and their tax prep price is very reasonable. We always use Irene Bassett. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We look forward to seeing her every year!! I always recommend McMullen to everyone that needs their taxes done!!!
My wife and I have been going here for 10+ years and the staff from when you walk in the door to the person you meet with us by far best we have dealt with. Professional service and outstanding customer relations. We have been dealing with Irene Bassett and she makes the tax process less stressful and welcomes us like family. You will not be disappointed give them a try.
Went there to do my business taxes. They did not give me a proper break list of exactly what to bring other than "bring a list of all your expenses" so when I got there I had to leave and come back with the information they really needed. They would not let me see the tax lady again to go over to make sure everything I brought was accurate. They later called me back and said they were "refusing" to do my taxes because I did not put it in the way they wanted without providing me a description of exactly how they wanted it and... read more
The prices were really reasonable. Liberty & HR gave me quotes that were pure craziness!!! Everyone was nice, I didn't have to wait at all, my preparer knew her stuff, and I was done and filed in 20 minutes. (I own a home, but nothing too complicated here.)
