On, Friday December 8, 2023 I contacted Mcmullan Realty Inc with regards to selling my home. I was assured someone will be getting in touch with me, their voicemail states "someone will be getting back with you within less than 24 hours". Well it has been well over 24 hours. After reading the reviews I do not want to deal with this company.

Great they did a great job for me
I've worked with McMullan for over 2 years. It hasn't always been bad, but it got worse before getting better. At the onset Henry was very helpful in educating me on the Cleveland market. He helped me with a real estate transaction then PM services. Afterwards, that's when things started going downhill. There have been 3 instances where Henry went MIA. I have been forced to deal with this company via the property owner. I call daily and never got ONE call back. Very unprofessional. I am a public employee and I would never not contact my customers back! 4 months without contact. UNACCEPTABLE
