Had a spot here for 3 years. I was moving out mid month when they notified me that there was no partial month refunds. I was disappointed but just accepted the fact. They said it was paid up through the end of month, so I decided to go ahead and put the lock back on to protect the space to the end of my paid period. When I was leaving, the attendant came out yelling at me that I had moved out, and since I put the lock back on, I had moved back in, thereby creating a new agreement. It's a total scam.
