They have serviced my system 3 times in the last 22 years. They are GREAT, coming out quickly when needed and do a great job with no hidden charges, just straight forward fees. I recommend them and will stick with them in the future!
Education. They were only competent to pump the tank, but that was all. Their 'head technician' was not able to identify the special pipe coupling and misdiagnosed the pipe as disconnected & sunken. Not only did he misdiagnose a problem, he had elaborate scenarios of how this pipe supposedly became "disconnected" and told the home buyer that because of this, the drain-field could be severely damaged. Wow! Called for our first pump on the new system (approx 3 years old). He inspected the tanks and advised to wait two years for the pump and things looked good! Great customer service. Will use again in two years!! �
