They were great, from the staff who welcomed me, to the technicians and assistants, to the doctor, to the ladies who helped me order my new eyeglasses!! I was seen December 2020 for floaters and they decided to do a total eye exam and told me they would cancel my February 2021 appt that I had originally made, but apparently never did cancel it. I got a call about insurance issues because I couldn't be covered for a 2nd eye exam the same year. I tried to explain to them that my 2nd appt for February was supposed to be cancelled and the office manager told me it was my responsibility to make sure it was cancelled.
