We had a great experience last year when our entire family went for exams and we all needed new glasses. Dr. McMinn was awesome. The gentleman who did the screening part was great and the girl who helped us get fitted and find frames was so enthusiastic and made it a really great experience. All around it was superb. I truly enjoyed Dr.McMinn; however I did not have the same experience with the staff. My glasses came back and I could not see out of them. I called and talk to a lady who refused to give me her name. She said, "Dr.McMinn doesn't have time." I went by the next day and same lady at the desk told me it was my problem. You are right it was $750 was spent on glasses that are still in the box because I could not see out of them. I use them as a reminder to tell people don't go there.
