McMillon did an excellent job of replacing our old heat pump when it died. The installers were knowledgeable and polite. They took out our old system, installed the new one and took off the junk one in less than a day.
My wife and I want to praise God for the outstanding service we received from McMillon Electric . We had a issue with our Trane unit not powering on; granted our unit is about 20 yrs old. We were so impressed with the young technician that came out(Mr Will).He exuded exceptional skills,along with a quiet confidence that was so humbling. He assessed the problem and acted accordingly. For electrical services I have never had such a bad experience with a company. Last year Shannon Foster said he would come out & do some electrical work for us (elec to above ground pool filter, wire generator into panel). He never showed up or reached out. This year Shannon comes out & quotes the job, I get the quote & it is acceptable. I have left 2 messages at the business to schedule.....nothing, crickets. How do you do business like this? You should be ashamed of yourself.
I used McMillon to install both my electric and HVAC for a new construction home. They did a great job throughout the whole process and were very responsive to any issues we had and addressed them in a timely manner during the construction process. In particular, I want to thank Maynard and his crew for a doing a phenomenal job with the HVAC installation, they did a great job working with me to get it exactly as I had planned and working as efficient as possible.
I was able to get an appointment quickly for an issue I couldn’t get anyone else to come look at. He was able to find and fix the issue in my very complicated old house in a timely manner. Pricing very reasonable also. Thank you!
