My situation began with noticing that at 10:00pm our air conditioning was not working. “Well I’m a Fixer”…. And when I can’t fix it “I DON’T sleep”… I lay awake working through all the things that “might work” to fix the problem. Finally at 4:45am I got up went and got a portable air compressor to try and blow out the condensation line… “that didn’t work”….. What a blessing McMillon Electric Company is! We woke to the smell of burning plastic coming from the vicinity of our furnace. Needless to say, we were really worried. I called McMillon and they sent Will Townsend out. He listened patiently to us describe what we had been experiencing and got busy diagnosing the problem. He found the disconnect had overheated and melted.
