My husband and I both see Dr Mcmillion he is kind and knowledgeable. He takes his time and We never feel rushed. He goes above and beyond. I have sent messages and he always responds and answers my questions and never acts like I am bothering him. After moving here. I was terrified to find another Doctor. But he is the absolute best! Very thankful to have him!
If you care about your health & well-being & an open line of communication, I do NOT recommend using the Office of Dr. David McMillion. I’m not sure what type of system they use for staff communication or if someone is just not doing their job but there is definitely a lack there of! This is just my experience. Was ignored by both receptionist when arriving for my appointment. One was on the phone so understandable but the other was just off in her own world. Had missed the calls that my appointment needed to be rescheduled as I work a job in which I cannot be on my phone all day. Could’ve just rescheduled and moved on but both receptionist began to mock me for not being on my phone and where upset that I was even there. 2 years ago I would have given this practice a 5 star review. Since they merged with Crestwood, the service and patient care has suffered greatly. Getting an appointment with Dr. McMillion is next to impossible. We waited 3 weeks to get on his scheduled just to then be moved to a NP's schedule on the day of our visit with no notice. The NP, while very nice, was unable to assist with what was needed. As someone who has worked in the medical field for years, I feel that this is absolutely unacceptable. Latest Update!:: Just when you think it couldn't be any worse, it does. I spent almost an hour last night trying to pay my wife's bill using their online payment system and never got it paid. As much as we loved Dr McMillion and would have recommended him to anyone, that is simply not the case any more. This affiliation with Crestwood has been a complete and utter failure.
