This is our third carpet experience with Brady… he has the American work effort of our “Dream”… and I’m a Canadian retiree who came to settle in OR only recently… why wife and I so appreciate his work and attitude towards it… a treasure indeed. Will see if we can find more jobs for him as we age more quickly!
After cleaning, the carpet looked as good as when it was new. Brady answered all my questions about the process and cost. He made an extra effort to remove a couple of stains. The service was prompt and professional. It will be hard to find another business that exceeds the customer service that I received.
Brady is professional, on time, kind and does an amazing job. I wish I would have found him first, he is nothing like other carpet cleaners I have worked with before. He is a true pro and will save whatever carpet you need saving. I used him for my rental and he did a fantastic job and stands by his 100% satisfaction guarantee. Vendors like him deserve 6 stars!
When my renters moved out I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but I called McMillan's and Brady did an AMAZING job and the carpet looks brand new! Brady was very professional and really knows his craft. Will be using him again, highly recommend!!
