I am writing this review based solely on a phone conversation, which I never do, so this speaks volumes about the way this Practitioner conducts herself and interacts with patients. Not only was Toni kind and compassionate, she was extremely knowledgeable and forthright in offering to help me even after realizing that she was unable to provide the exact services I was looking for. Toni was (in my honest, personal opinion) an underperforming (and quite rude) psychologist and therapist. I came to her during my late teen years. She was passive aggressive the entire time she treated me. On my first visit (after introduction), she jumped out at me and demanded the check right away (she even snapped her fingers). Dr. McMillan was referred to me by another therapist who was working with my son. I will forever be grateful. Due to personal problems, it was a time when I was at a very low point in my life.
