If I could give zero stars I would. Been with this office for many years and glad to finally be rid of them. Impossible to reach. Called dozens of times at various times and NEVER able to reach a live person. After finally getting a call back our business was handled while the agent/person was driving. EXTREMELY unprofessional and unsafe. We had requested a cancellation of our auto policy and waited a week and still no confirmation. I've had my insurance here for around 15 years. The customer service is always great, the price are the best around. I've had several friends that have switched to them from other companies and they have saved a decent amount of money with the same or better coverage.
