I gave these guys 4 stars for overall value. The Good: Their staff knows plumbing and heating...unlike a certain chain store...nice to save a few gallons of gas with 1 trip only! Also have delivery. Will bend over backwards to win your business and keep me comin back. The Bad: the appearance of the place won't impress. A huge warehouse which is great for product availability, but dusty as all heck. Overall....I get the best value, even when it's a project requiring a designer look.
