Horrible service and consistently see them driving horribly on the roads
This Company has zero follow up on Sales/Service skills. I placed a Grundfos PO over 7 weeks ago and have not heard anything My sales person has not followed to my many emails, You call and get an automated message with options all the options lead to leaving a voice message. You look them up and the NTX team is in the warehouse playing basketball. High Profile Hospital orderd pumps and Mcmillian James cant even check in on the PO we placed with them!
