The vet care is great but the office staff needs better customer service. I use Chewy for deliveries and ordered prescription food needed for my mother’s dog. Talked to the front staff twice on two different days who stated they had not received communication from Chewy. Arranged Chewy to call this morning and they told Chewy that they wouldn’t approve the Chewy order and that they only use my vet online. Why didn’t the front desk just tell me that to begin with? RecommendedWe couldn’t have asked for better treatment than we’ve received by the whole staff at McMillan & Cunningham. Everyone gave both our dog and us first class treatment and the assurance that they would do everything they could to save our beloved Great Dane and they did just that.
I took my baby to them they came in when they were originally closed and done everything they could to save her. I highly recommend them.
