I will never ever ever go back to Cincy Smile this is their 2nd Strike for me and they will not get the opportunity to make it to a 3rd one. In 2023 I had my 1st bad experience with them because when it was time for my next appointment ALL the Dentist had quit. This year when I made my appointment I made sure I gave them all the correct information about my insurance only to get there on 04/23/2025 for an 8:00 am appointment and the receptionist told me they don't accept my insurance. I was very comfortable, the nurses were so nice. I liked how the dentist explained everything ahead of time which made my visit go smoothly. Definitely recommend this place.
I first saw this dentist oct of 2024 due to an infected tooth. They gave me some antibiotics and scheduled me for a follow up to have it extracted . I shows up for the app and they tell me their systems were hacked. They had me write my name and number down on a piece a sheet of paper and said they would call me to reschedule. The call never came. (This was now November and I was now out of pto time as they turned me away twice before this).
