Poor customer service skills, no one ever picks up their phones and if they do they leave you on hold until you just decide to hang up. Don't bother with this place, they suck.
The office manager is very rude and unprofessional.passive aggressive she talks over you and don't care to even try to understand you as a customer very sad.
They don’t respond to messages submitted on their web page, or their email that is posted on their page. I e sent 3 messages collectively and have never hear a word back from them

Dottie the hygienist did a very gentle thorough cleaning and Dr. Williams was great too
